Privacy Policy:  brickLAB, Inc. is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect data or personal information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including but not limited to, your IP address, cookie information, and the page or pages you visited. We do not sell this information to anyone, and limit our liability concerning outside, unknowable factors that could contribute to this policy being violated.

Security Policy:  Your payment and personal information is secured by SSL (Secured Sockets Layer) software that is industry standard for secure commerce transactions. Its encryption for your personal information, account numbers, and other information is such that it cannot be read over the Internet. However, no security system can be 100% effective, and we reserve the right to change our security measures without notice.

Personal privacy and security is a top priority for us, and we are committed to do our very best to maintain your trust and confidence. 

Refund Policy:  We feature a 30 day performance and money back guarantee on most goods we sell. However, some items are sold “as-is” and are non-returnable, non-refundable. Most services offered that include lab room rentals or future classes, camps, therapies, or events may contain non-refundable deposits. We guarantee that all products sold meet a high industry standard and may amend this policy at anytime to accommodate unique situations. Any refund will be made according to the same way it was rendered, including direct to credit card refunds to the original cardholders only, and within 5 business days of the return, also industry standards. Membership fees collected are non-refundable and any cancellation of membership will be effective the following month, in accordance with the membership agreement. Some refunds may be offered in store gift card format.
