Party Policies

  • brickLAB requires a nonrefundable deposit of $150 to reserve the lab room for your party. The remaining balance will be paid the day of your party, as well as any additional costs.
  • Each additional child that attends over 16 will be an additional $20 per child.
  • An estimated final count of party attendees must be given 24 hours before the start of party. We understand you may not have an exact number but having an estimate can help us better prepare for your child’s big day! (Please call 972-704-3325)
  • brickLAB will provide 1-2 attendants to take care of the details of your party.
  • Your party attendants will serve food and dessert for you if requested.
  • Goody bags are your responsibility.
  • Once you have booked your party you will receive a confirmation email with the date and time of your party along with our party policies.
  • The most important thing that you need to know is that we are here to make your child’s party the best experience ever!!!

Food / Drinks

  • brickLAB will not provide cake or other dessert for your party. You may bring your cake to store in our refrigerator on the day of your party.
  • brickLAB will not provide food for your party. You are responsible for food and refreshments.
  • Drinks may be in plastic containers or pouches. No open cups or glass.
  • brickLAB will not provide plates, napkins, cups, utensils. You must bring your own!

Cancellations / Changes to Your Party Date

  • The deposit is non-refundable. If you need to cancel your party, please let us know.
  • You may use your deposit to reschedule a new date for your party if done 2 weeks prior to party date.
