Refund Policy:  

We feature a 30-day performance and money back guarantee on most goods we sell. However, some items are sold “as-is” and are non-returnable, non-refundable. Most services offered that include lab room rentals or future classes, camps, therapies, or events may contain non-refundable deposits. Due to Covid-19 we offer refunds on summer camp sign ups, up to a week before your camp. We guarantee that all products sold meet a high industry standard and may amend this policy at any time to accommodate unique situations. Any refund will be made according to the same way it was rendered, including direct to credit card refunds to the original cardholders only, and within 5 business days of the return, also industry standards. Membership fees collected are non-refundable and any cancellation of membership will be effective the following month, in accordance with the membership agreement. Some refunds may be offered in store gift card format.
